DPM iTeam

Turn in the referral form (found on the home page of this site or in the mailrooms) to the iTeam mailbox in either the West or East mailroom.

Once the referral is received, an email is sent to the team of teachers inviting a representative from each department to come and share at a brief meeting to discuss the student.  It is our goal to learn about all aspects of the child's day to best support the student and referring teacher.

The iTeam then designates roles to begin problem solving the student.

The iTeam will contact the team of teachers to keep them updated and involved in the process.
